Move In/Out Cleaning
ALL ROOMS
Sweep and mop all floors
Vacuum and steam clean any carpets and rugs
Empty garbage, and recycling and dispose of waste.
Clean and disinfect all surfaces and high touch areas.
Dust all surfaces, windowsills, corners, baseboards, lamps, furniture and remove any cobwebs.
Clean any ceiling fans, vacuum vent grills and behind/underneath any remaining furniture.
KITCHEN
Clean and disinfect, sinks, faucets, countertops, walls, tables, chairs and backsplash.
Clean top, inside, and outside of refrigerator, oven and any other appliances.
Clean and disinfect interior and exterior of cabinets.
Sweep and mop the floor.
Empty garbage, recycling, and compost bins and dispose of waste.

BATHROOMS
Vacuum/sweep and scrub grit from walls and tile floors.
Deodorize and disinfect all surfaces.
Scrub residue and limescale around faucets
Clean mirrors, sinks, toilets, vanities, and scrub bathtubs and showers.
Empty garbage bins and dispose of waste.
BEDROOMS
Vacuum/sweep and mop wood or tile floors
Vacuum and steam clean any carpets, furniture upholstery and rugs
Clean any ceiling fans, vacuum vent grills and behind/underneath any remaining furniture.
Disinfect wipe down, and dust all surfaces including any picture frames or kick-knacks.
Empty garbage bins and dispose of waste.
